The hotel is nestled in Dorsoduro with students and artists, approximately a 10-minute ride from business venues like St Mark's Clocktower and within a few blocks of the wide Canal Grande. Chiesa di San Geremia Church is 750 metres from the Tivoli Venice, while Marco Polo airport is 5 km from it. San Vidal, Venice is also merely a 13-minute stroll away.
The quiet rooms offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and overlook the garden.
